I’m sorry for not getting back to you sooner but I really wanted to finish 1.4 first so I could give you a better answer.
If you’re are receiving MIDI notes from NGEN’s TRS output then it probably means your cables are working correctly and it’s unlikely that there’s a problem with the unit itself.
The MIDI Clock output for FreeClock was disabled on NGEN in 1.3 due to some issues related to the TRS output (except for HW v1.0) which was probably why you were not able to send clock from NGEN to your other gear.
The good news is that the new 1.4 update re-enables Clock output for Free Clock and improves its accuracy.
Please let me know if you’re still having problems with 1.4.
