When i play several track on the NGEN, for example one track with ACD, and another with POP for chords, it sounds to me the tracks are not in synch
Are you on the 1.3 firmware? I could try to replicate it if you like.

Could you let us know what firmware version are you using?
Are you using MIDI via USB or the 3.5mm output?
I do have a custom latency measuring tool that can measure the latency between the different tracks.
According to my tests in 1.3, latency between the different tracks shouldn’t exceed 0.5 - 1ms.
If possible, feel free to send a copy of a project so I can test it here and check if there’s anything going on.
I have the latest firmware, but i discovered that it works good in Ableton but nit good in Logic Pro X.
Hey @Jan sorry for the delay. Hmm, if this is the case then perhaps it could be related to something else like delay compensation between tracks in the DAW.
Technically the MIDI Clock that NGEN received from both tracks should be the same so it shouldn’t affect the actual timing between tracks regardless of which DAW you’re using.
In other words, perhaps the delay you’re experiencing in Logic Pro might be caused by the instruments and plugins you’re using for the different tracks instead of NGEN itself?
