NGEN WEB manager down

Hi I just got a new NGEN Hardware and it seems to crash often and I cannot access the Web manager - I get an error that there is no server available.

Will this be fixed soon. I have 14 days to return this product and without a fix this is going back.

What does the Web Manager do? Can we write patterns for DRUMGEN etc. Say I wanted a simple 4 on the floor?

Appears to be back up. I can see the site is available again, but can’t try it out right now as I’m on an iPad.

It’s for managing files and loading example projects directly into NGEN’s memory. To write patterns for DRUMGEN and load them onto the device, you can use this tool instead.
