Difference in sequencing td3 and t8 with acdgen

Hi,

I am sequencing the Behringer td3 and the Roland t8 with an acdgen sequence. Both are connected with din midi on separate channels. Their own patterns are cleared.

When I run the sequence on both machines, the t8 sounds far more different as it seems does interpret the accents and slides in another way. Some Ki think, that the reason for this behavior is the way, Ngen sends its slides and accents over din midi. I was advised to check, if I can turn the gates above 100 percent and the velocity at 127.

Can somebody tell me, where to do that? Is there a work around?

I kept the Acdgen settings at:

- Velocity: 80

- Accent: 100

and changed the TD-3 Accent Velocity Level in Synthtribe to 90. Now everything works as expected.
