ACDGEN product code no longer works, support doesn't answer emails

My ACDGEN plugin has suddenly started prompting me to re-enter a new product code because the product code that I purchased, it says, doesn’t have any more subscriptions available. That’s incorrect, but after multiple emails to support at contact@spektroaudio.com, I still haven’t received a reply. My projects that use ACDGEN are all unusable. Can you please provide support for your product?
